The problem
A project must reach bankability and survive connection, permitting and structural reality — not just clear a spreadsheet.
Most projects that fail did not fail on the numbers. They cleared a spreadsheet and then met the grid, the permit or the roof.
A connection point turns out to be constrained. A structure will not carry the array without works nobody costed. A permitting pathway assumed to be routine depends on a decision nobody has scheduled. Each is discovered late, when the cost of discovering it is highest and the options are fewest.
How we work
Screening is worth doing only if it is capable of stopping a project. We test the things that actually kill projects first — connection, structure, permitting — before refining an economic case those things could invalidate.
That means the engineering and the economics are done by people who talk to each other. A feasibility case built without structural input, or a structural review done without knowing the investment logic, produces two documents that are individually correct and jointly useless.
