  • Site location and land control status — ownership, lease or option

  • Connection correspondence with the network operator, including refusals
  • Permitting steps completed so far, and what is outstanding
  • For rooftops, the structural drawings or the age and type of construction

What you receive

  • Readiness scored across six dimensions, with the binding constraint named
  • Yield and project economics under your own financing assumptions, not generic ones
  • Connection risk assessed against how the network operator actually behaves
  • A permitting and implementation pathway with the sequence that applies to this site
  • A written answer on what to fix first, and what it is reasonable to spend to fix it

What you can do afterwards

Commit the next tranche of spend against a named constraint, or stop early — before a study budget is spent on a project the connection will not carry.

What usually happens next

Typically tender or EPC support, lender-facing technical documentation, or re-running the assessment once the binding constraint has moved.
